An NGO who was facing challenges in managing weekly data collected on pieces of paper by their operatives from various villages wanted us to provide a solution that made the data collection and management easier.
We provided a solution where the operatives collected data on a cheap android tablet using a very simple app. This data was uploaded automatically over the office WiFi to the cloud whenever the operative visited the office.
The solution also included the capability to generated required reports from the cloud-based server.
