A real estate firm involved in building a small township wanted to improve their systems and capabilities.
We conducted a workshop about the culture of TQM open to all employees. The goal was to create an
appreciation of the TQM principles within the team. Following this, we had detailed discussions with the
Chairpersons of the three entities involved. We also met the key stakeholders from every function including HR, finance, Civil engineering, project management to understand their existing processes and challenges faced. The recommended key actions included new processes to be define/formalized, new tools to be used, improvements for existing processes, specific improvements in project planning and tracking, improvements to the organizational structure and the management style.
